She was born in the village of Nagykökényes, Nógrád County, Hungary on 17 April.

• 1932-1944
The family moves to Budapest when she is 6, where she accomplishes her education. She spends the summers at her grandparents.

She moves to the town of Hajdúszoboszló with her husband and finishes her beautician training in the nearby city of Debrecen. She passes her apprentice examination in 1956.

• 1956-90

She moves to the capital again in 1956 and starts working in “Vénusz” Co-operative of Hairdressers on, Károly Blvd (that time Tanács Blvd) in Budapest and then 20 years later moves on to the Nagymező Street salon of “Divat” Co-operative of Hairdressers in 1976 also in Budapest.

Ilcsi Beautifying Herbs Ltd (Ilcsi Szépítő Füvek Kft.)
• 1984
She founded Ilcsi Szépítő Füvek GMK (Ilcsi Beautifying Herbs Economic Team), the predecessor of Ilcsi Beautifying Herbs Ltd with her son, Molnár Ferenc. Today the company employs 30 people and manufactures 140 different kinds of professional natural skin care products made with herbs, fruits and vegetables for beauticians.
