Description:

It has two parts: a mask and a supply and control unit. On the latter there is a LED to indicate when the machine is operating. The mask may be heated to 35-40 ˚C in about 3 min. Always place on the face when cold and switch it on only then. It may be fixed using a hook and loop fastener (velcro).

Directions for use:

Thermo Mask is used for softening skin and as a heating pad for active ingredients.

• Softening the skin: Apply the active ingredients to the skin in abundance, and cover with a thick wet cloth with holes at the eyes. Place dry cotton pads on the eyes. Place the mask on the face, fix with the fastener and switch it on. If used for softening, it may be used at maximum heat. As a result of applying heat and a wet cloth, poultice effect develops under the mask, dilating the pores and enabling to cleanse the area more easily. After 15-20 minutes, switch it off and remove from the face of the client.

• Hot pack: Apply a lipid-rich product to the face and cover with a thick, dry cloth. Place the mask on the face, fix with the fastener, switch it on and set to 35-40 ˚C. As a result of heat, pores will be dilated, metabolism increases and in this way active ingredients get absorbed more easily. After 15-20 minutes, switch the mask off and remove from the face of the client.

Warning: Ensure that no cream, gel or other products touch the PVC coating of the mask, which may be disinfected with a cloth soaked in disinfectant. Any cleaning or maintenance can only be performed when the equipment has been unplugged.
